This is a quick park and grab where 09-13-0 Road meets Route 9. It also serves as the access point to four other caches I have placed up the road.
Route 9 is a busy road and the traffic is usually moving pretty fast. There is ample room to pull off Route 9 and park, just be careful when you are entering back onto the highway. This is a well maintined gravel road which leads into Half Mile Pond. This is State of Maine Public Preserved Land and is open to the public. These roads are very pretty in the fall but be sure to come before the snow arrives unless you have a snowmobile.
