Jadranska Magistrala – Have a Break

The coastal highway "Jadranska Magistrala" is so to speak
the Route66 of Croatia and one of the most beautiful and
picturesque coastal highways worldwide.

The largest part of the Croatian section bears the official name of D8.
This starts at Rijeka, via Senj, Zadar, Sibenik, Split, Opuzen and Dubrovnik
to the border with Montenegro.
The road length of D8 is 658 km.

When you arrive, you can find a parking spot with a magnificent view on islands.
The parking is large enough for motorhomes and caravans.
There are also picnic tables available so : “Have a Break”.
A place to linger and enjoy the view.

Die Küstenstraße „ Jadranska Magistrala“ ist sozusagen die Route66 von Kroatien
und gilt als eine der schönsten und malerischsten Küstenstraßen weltweit.

Der größte Teil des kroatischen Abschnittes trägt die offizielle Bezeichnung D8.
Diese beginnt bei Rijeka, führt über Senj, Zadar, Šibenik, Split, Opuzen und Dubrovnik
bis zur Grenze nach Montenegro.
Die Straßenlänge der D8 beträgt 658 Kilometer.

Vor Ort findet Ihr eine Parkmöglichkeit mit einem herrlichen Blick auf Inseln.
Die Parkmöglichkeit vor Ort ist groß genug für Wohnmobile und Caravans.
Da hier auch Picknicktische vorhanden sind - Have a Break - machmal Pause.
Verweilt etwas und genießt die Aussicht.
