Did you know that there was a pretty little covered bridge in Shirley? There is, and this cache will bring you there.
The cache is hidden behind a local landmark that is probably one of the first things people mention when we say we live in Shirley (other than Airplane! quotes, of course). That landmark also host concerts and comedians on a regular basis.
There is ample parking both behind, just over the bridge (update: with COVID-19, you most likely cannot drive over the bridge at this time, as they are using it for outdoor seating), and along side (see WP and images of bridge). The bridge spans Mulpus Brook, and sometimes they have the bridge lit up.
The cache could be considered to be somewhat winter friendly as far as placement goes. Sometimes winter friendly can still be tough to get to if there is a lot of snow/ice.
