Like many, I like to hunt geocaches when traveling across country. Power trails are welcome of course, but many times I don't have that much time to spend, and I don't know the area enough to know when I can get on and off the interstate. The caches in this series attempt to meet these needs. These caches all live on Millstream Rd. which runs parallel to I-40/85 between exits 132 and 135. Simply get off at either exit, hunt the caches along the road, and get back to your travels at the other exit. All of the caches should be a nice quick find, and none of the caches are to be accessed from the interstate.
There is easy interstate access at both the east and west ends of the series, and the series can be "run" from either direction. Cachers may find it slightly easier to run from east to west due to the consistent shoulder parking available on the north side of the road, and the somewhat intermittently available parking on the south side. Caches appear on both sides of the road, so please remember to look both ways when crossing the street.
