Park in the Basin Pond lot off Rte 113 in North Chatham NH in the White Mountain National Forest. Follow the Basin Trail and the fork toward hermit falls. You have to ford a couple of streams but the trail is well maintained. My 5 year old grandson came along and loved it. Keep your camera handy as there are a lot of photo ops.
A small shelf provides upclose veiwing. You can also walk to the top of the falls to get a whole different perspective.
