Geocache Description:

In Patapsco Valley State Park. The container is Rubbermaid clear with a purple lid, labeled as a GEOCACHE. STATE PARK APPROVED

This cache contains a logbook, pen, and some trade items. You'll enjoy a nice .3 mi (as the crow flies) hike from the parking coordinates on Landing Road. You can pretty much just follow the arrow to the spot... and you'll need to cross a stream which isn't too tough if you take the right spot to cross. Since it's in PVSP it may be tough to maintain a good signal on your GPS.
