This is the Dead Centre Of Town (formerly known as The Hunger Trek #2)
Cache is a small, matte black container with room for swaps. 
At time of placement, it contained a logbook, pen, mini highlighter and mini tape dispenser. 
The pen has to stay with the cache, please do not remove it. 

#2 is where a lot of people come after visiting #1 or #3's general area - so much so, they've lined up five rubbish bins and given ample street parking.
