The Upper Charles Trail Milford section forms a completed 6.2 miles of a proposed 20-mile trail that will incorporate the communities of Milford, Ashland, Hopkinton, Sherborn and Holliston, linking the towns via an abandoned CSX rail bed. The Milford section is the first to open and extends from the town center north to the Hopkinton town line, east to the border of Holliston and south to the senior center. Parking is available at the trail end on route 85 (Cedar Street) in Milford.
I combined my love of biking with my love of geocaching for this, my second cache placement. The name of the cache is taken from the engraving on a nearby bench on the trail... it is a good thinking spot as well! I hope you'll spend some time at the waypoint I set for this purpose :)
Enjoy the ride, enjoy the cache... I've placed several trinkets that I've picked up in previous cache finds in a small camoed container and I'll be dropping a TB or two there occasionally. Please be sure to hide this as well or better than you found it!
