Ok this is a pretty awesome view! Have a seat, soak up the views watch a working harbor in action. Even grab a bite to eat. Parking can be an issue especially when the restaurants are open, so go early, go late, ride a bicycle in. It's worth the trip. Not terribly winter friendly, please replace as found, this one keeps disappearing. Oh did I mention the bench? There is a big stone bench to help you enjoy the view.
Cache is in a public space but with the nearby restaurant parking can be difficult. Rocky terrain makes this NOT wheelchair friendly.
