From the trailhead coordinates it's another 80 metres up, but worth it for the stunning views. The previous time I was up here with Eldest (junior GSV team member) she suggested the spot needed a cache, and she was right.
If you're walking the full loop, it's best done counterclockwise and don't forget to check the old Stone Cottage ruins (and the cache there). Moderate fitness is required as this is an 8Km walk with 600m of vertical climb, but take your time and enjoy the countryside and views.
