An Apple A Day Traditional Geocache

This cache is being hidden a short distance off of a beautiful four-mile hilly country road in East Dorset, Vermont. This country road starts and ends off of the only North-South highway in the area. So feel free to travel it in either direction. The road has long been in need of a cache. So we decided to put one at this location. It is our first hide.

The cache is hidden near a great apple orchard, with wonderful scenic mountain views.  The cache is placed a very short distance from the start of a clearly marked hiking/snowmobiling trail that begins on the other side of the road from the orchard.  

If you arrive in the fall, stop into the orchard and pick some delicious apples to take with you.

You are looking for a camouflaged pill bottle.  Please be sure to put it back, exactly where you find it.  The cache has been placed with the permission of the landowner.  The cache is also winter-friendly. Please BYOP, in case the writing tool has been removed.

Parking Caution:  There is parking at the start of the trail; however, there is a sharp bend in the road at that point.  Be sure to pull completely off the road opposite the orchard and as close to the trail head as you can-between two yellow signs.
