Kitty Cousins is dedicated to AutumnDandelion's cats Mulder and Scully. GatorWrangler's dog Pocono has always loved playing with them so we call them her Kitty Cousins.
The cache is a camoed lock n lock loaded with swag in a Geo-Obvious spot. You must sign and date the log in order to post a found it log.
There are a few other caches in Veasey Park. The cache Where Pocono Frolics can be found along the Carriage Path Trail on the way to Kitty Cousins.
Veasey is a 47.5 acre property owned and managed by the Groveland Conservation Commission. It was purchased by the Town of Groveland in 1996 for conservation and recreational use, and includes fields, woods, and freshwater shoreline habitats. Humans also enjoy these lovely open spaces, as well as use Veasey's trail system, picnic areas, car top boat access, and popular winter sledding hill. Veasey is also a good spot for birding and star gazing. Dogs on leash are very welcome to bring their owners. (VeaseyPark.org)
After finding Kitty Cousins, you can check out some of the other trails.
The grounds at Veasey Park are open daily from dawn to dusk. Do not go looking for the cache at any other time.
