There is parking nearby, though you will want to be subtle to avoid aliens (aka muggles) watching your every move. It used to be more secluded before expansion. Cache container is 3"x1" camouflaged box.
There is an old " No Trespassing" sign nearby when the used to be a military base. This sign is no longer in use, and the cache is not passed the sign anyways.
