This little spot of Colt State Park offers a nice viewing point and is tucked away from the winding trails of the woods here and number of picnic tables that can be seen in the other end of the park. The easiest access for this will be from the beach as the bushwhack in from the grassy area could prove to be difficult. You may also have to duck under a branch or too to get this, so note the terrain. In addition, watch for pieces of glass along the beach. Much of this are small pieces that have washed upon the beach from the water, but take care nonetheless.
