Black Mountain Estates Traditional Geocache

This cache was placed on my way home from the post office after getting it in the mail, I only had it in my possesion for 10 minutes...I placed it here for my friend Larry, he works for Brunelle and son and they are the ones building this development...Larry thinks I am crazy for "wasting my time and money" running around chasing caches, obviously people view ways to spend their time and money differently, how do you like to spend your expendable cash when you have some???

Please Note!!! Per geocaching guidelines a log must be signed BEFORE you can post your 'Found It' online, I will be checking my logs periodically and if YOU haven't signed it I will delete YOUR 'Found It' post online, no ifs, ands or buts about it...

This is a pretty typical GR cache, although stealth will be required while they are working nearby, also be stealthy from the trailer park when the leaves are gone from the trees, like right now...

There has already been a huge amount of work done here near GZ, it looks awesome, but at the time of hiding this cache, it wasn't quite done...They still have a sidewalk on one side to put in and street lights to wire up, then the topsoil and some grass...

I have added a link for anyone that would like to see what the project will look like when done, or any other information they may want...There will be 39 holmes when it is all said and done... 

Congratulations beebuddy on the FTF!!! It was nice to stop and chat with Bevan and Brenda on our way back through, it was also windy and cold...
