When I first came to Tufts as a high school senior, I fell in love with the campus. It was exactly what I had been looking for in a university: near a city, but with room to breathe; the right program, everything fit perfectly. The only downside-- incredibly few caches! So with this series, I want to introduce people to the Tufts that I love, and put some new caches out there. So, I hope you come to enjoy the University as much as I do! As this series is placed over a college campus, the muggle factor is high (more so in some places than others), so please be sure to use stealth. Extra kudos given for including pictures with your logs.

Jumbo Welcome
Right now, you are standing under the bridge that connects the welcome center of the university to campus, and the welcome center that holds the only elevator in the university connecting the ground level to the top of the hill ( great shortcut if you aren't up for walking the status all the way uphill). If you are a prospective student, chances are that this is the first cache you will grab here at Tufts, in which case, I would like to offer you a Jumbo welcome (heh) to Tufts University! Even if you aren't a prospective student, or if this isn't the first cache you have found here, there is no better place for me to welcome you to our campus. Dowling hall, the building right above you, is sort of an odd one... part parking garage, part welcome center, part police station, it is the administrative hub of the goings - on here on campus. It's also where the career center, tutoring, and dean's offices are, so students end up here a lot!
Parking for this series is accessible to the non-Tufts public in the Dowling Hall parking garage on Boston Avenue for a fee of eight dollars, or along Boston Avenue free of charge… Anywhere else is at your own risk!
