Geocache Description:

Hollywood has its Oscars and we in metro Albuquerque have our Froggies. This event is to celebrate those cachers who are creative, crafty and original (or steal great ideas from other places). Your votes decide the winners.

We meet at Mario's from 5:30 to 7:30. Only caches placed in 2014 are eligible. They must be within the geographical area generally bounded by Moriarty to the east, Valencia County to the south, Rio Rancho to the west and Santa Fe to the north.

New categories are welcome and we will also continue with individual Froggies for special achievements that can't be voted on.

Preliminary voting will began the first week of February to establish the top 3 in each category. You may vote on your favorites even if you do not plan to attend the event. This page will be updated as new info is available and to add voting links. To submit nominations or ideas, email us.

During December, be sure and hide that great cache you've been working on and start thinking about the best you've found.
