Recently I froze trying to grab a few quick caches and it was nearly impossible with the wind and cold temps. I'm creating this Winter Quickies series so that everyone will have the opportunity for some easily attainable caches that are available year round.
This location had needed one for a while, I just had to find the right container to make it work.
