Are you sick and tired of the same old road-side hides? There are more than enough guard rail and stop sign caches along main roads to bore a man to death. But it doesn't have to be that way. This month's theme is "Off the Beaten Path."
Feel free to hide a cache somewhere in the quad counties (Asotin, Whitman, Latah, or Nez Perce) that dares others to explore the wilder side of our region. Caches that involve a short (or long) hike are nice, but so are caches placed along ATV trails and even seldom driven unpaved roads. Give your cache a name that begins with "FTF April:" and ask the reviewer to publish the listing at 8:00 pm on Friday, April 3. Please note that hiding a cache is not a requirement for attending the event.
This month, we'll meet outside of the "big cities" in the smaller town of Asotin. It kinda fits with the cache placement theme.
