BLACK SNAKE COLONIAL
Now for the recipe ( it's real and you can try it at home)
1 Large Black snake (5 foot long)
1 Clove of garlic
2 Table spoons of oil
3 Cups vegetable stock
1 large chopped onion
1 Tablespoon of butter
Large sprig of herbs
Salt & Pepper
Remove the head from the snake. Remove the skin by peeling downwards from behind the head. Open the belly and clean. Cut snake into 1" & 2" pieces. Saute in butter. Add oil, onion and garlic fry until golden bown. Add stock and herbs. Simmer for 2 hours until sauce is formed. Remove herbs. Serve with crusty bread or mash.
