Geocache Description:

Another Church Micro in the series created by Sadexploration.

The church of St. Peter and Paul originates from the 13th century. The earliest architecture is Saxon with later additions mainly from the 14th century. The tower and Bethersden marble font are 15th century.

The bells in the tower were cast in 1803 by Thomas Mears. They were rehung by Alfred Bowell in 1914 in a new steel frame at a cost of £130.

The ringers are part of the Rochester District of the Kent County Association of Change Ringers.
