For those that have followed this series, this one is not neccessarily a couple memory, but memories that have combined between the both of us as children. We both visited and enjoyed summers here in this area. So we bring these joyous accounts to you on our walk down Memory Lane.
No school. Sun. Warm temperatures. What better way to spend a summer day as a child then in an area of fountains and glittering buildings for your imagination to soar through? Well Amanda and Matt both visited the GZ landscape numerous times as kids to play with hundreds of other kids who visited. Amanda had a family member who used to work in the building so she even came when no one else was present and had the place to herself. Any body who knows of this place may have their own memories of the fountain place.
This cache can and can't be a family favorite. You can come visit, but sadly you can't play in the fountains any more. When placing the cache, our little man was asked by security to not touch the water or the fountains. A group of young adults were also talked to by security. Oh how things have changed in 10-15 years since the good ol' days of being a child.
Be very stealthy when grabbing your smiley. We had trouble just placing it with the constant traffic of walking people. Don't touch the water and use the hint as needed. Small camoed container.
Depending on how you choose to arrive at GZ, there may be a parking fee. Do not go to underground parking unless you wish to loose an arm. Or maybe a leg, whichever you think you don't need as much. Luckily we had a good samaritan security member allow us to turn around for free. Co-ords were determined on a cloudy day so if you have better ones, please log them so we can fix! Happy Hunting!
