Rumor has it that Elm Street is actually the longest double-ended dead end street in the world. Urban legend or actual truth? You decide.
Now you have a reason to visit at least one of the dead ends, which is not much more than a small patch of trees, some rocks and grass and a lot of assorted trash scattered by all the people who use it as a cut through.
You can access the cache from Elm St. or South Elm St., as there is parking available at both sides of the inner-city, semi-wooded area that they really probably should just do away with, to connect the roads and make it one continuous road. Alas! This little, dirty, trashy grass and rock patch lends itself to be perfect for an urban geocache.
Keep in mind, this location sees LOTS of foot traffic so the cache is well cammoed. Please be mindful of muggles and do not attempt this cache if they are around, as I can only assume it will not stand the test of time if muggles become aware that it exists. There is a school very close by, so muggle factor will be very high in the AM and early afternoon. Be gentle with the cache and replace exactly as found.
No night caching.
