Just Sit and Listen was literally thought up as I was writing out the cache slip and putting FTF items in the container. I was just sitting and listening to the chipmunks behind me, the turkeys calling each other, the peepers trilling and the birds chirping. Even the conversations of local residents down below was quite interesting. After a long hike up or down a mountain, it's always good to take a break, drink some water, and just sit and listen to all the sounds around you. I hid a Radio Shack travel mug with that Camo duct tape everyone loves so much (Sarcasm) in a place that is definitely off the beaten path. Careful coming down from Clippy's cent cache as you can see from my trails....I slid down on my bum....on purpose so I didn't twist and ankle/knee. I monitored the distance between SVC Cave Cache and Clippy's Cent Cache and it is exactly 528 ft away from either cache. It's a random spot but it's worth it after coming off the mountain or going up it.
