My son was riding his bike around the lake with me the other day and said he didn't like all the rubbish getting in his way. I thought it might be nice if we gave the area a little clean up to make it safer for kids and for the local bird life.
This isn't a fancy event, it will start at 12:15 and last an hour, long enough to take a stroll around the lake and grab any cans. We will meet under cover at the BBQs near the skate park.
Plastic bags provided, please bring your own wet weather gear in case it rains.
