It is easy to find but a challenge to open. You need to find the phone number to the Vashon Chamber of commerce. you will need the last 4 numbers to open a padlock. Once you open the padlock you will need a (AA BATTERY) to get to the log sheet. Once signed reverse the battery and remove the battery when the cache is out of sight don't strip the motor please.
