The Kelly Stand Rd. was completely wiped out in Sunderland. It just reopened not too long ago.
From where this cache is located, you get a good view down river and also of the rock wall that was built during reconstruction. Notice all along the river where manmade pools were built. An amazing construction job!
This cache is not far from the road. Just "hanging" out in the area.
