Geocache Description:

This is a very important place in Sunderland, as it is a area where all of the men and women, who served our country, from Sunderland, are honored with their names on a stone wall.  The list of people start as early as the French and Indian War and continues to today, with the Afhanistan and Iraq Wars.  This is the area, where it was the old Grammar School.

This little park is quiet most time and you can certainly sit and relax.  Please take a moment to read the list of names of our service people in Sunderland.  Check out the area, do the earthcache as well, which is our neighbor. A lot of history in this town. Enjoy the rest of the caches that are placed in the area as well. This cache and our neighbor, the earthcache, are real easy for the MA 351 challenge.
