Web cam at Tampere centre. The very first geocache in Pirkanmaa.
This cache takes you to a short tour at campus area of University of Tampere.
Coordinates are to University of Tampere.
The coordinates are to university's front door but the camera is taking pictures outdoors somewhere in the campus area. Your task is to find view from the camera and capture image with you in it.

History of the cache: The cache has been moved now three times due to moves and closures of the web cams. Initial location was at Raatihuone at Keskustori where this cache was established at 2002. Later webcam were moved to Virastotalo which was still located at Keskustori. After City of Tampere closed all webcams a new place has to be found. My top place would have been Hotel Torni 360 panoramic camera but it is unknown to me if people can be seen on camera picture and surely I do not want anyone to climb to be in the picture. Hence University of Tampere was chosen as new location.
