Each cache, except for the last, is simply a label attached to an object. On the label is a codeword which must be entered (exactly as it appears) into a text box and then submitted from the Interests page. All being well this take you to a page where a puzzle must be solved and submitted before the co-ordinates for the next cache can be obtained.
There will be a lot of travelling back and forth (unless you have a mobile connection) but all the caches are fairly close to junctions 34 & 36 of the M6 so each leg (four in total) could be done as part of a journey elsewhere.
Although each puzzle gets more harder than the last I hope they are more fun than difficult. I have tested the puzzles on various versions of Internet Explorer but if you have any technical problems e-mail me and I will endeavor to help you.
The first codeword can be found at a picnic site next to the river Lune. This is a very popular destination and there are sure to be lots of people milling around but you shouldn't attract too much attention by glancing at the cache to get the codeword. At the opposite end of the carpark is a food outlet. While you are here step through to where you can get a view of the river as there is an unusual artists easel to have a look at.
The final cache is a tupperware box in a black plastic bag containing amongst other things.
A disposable camera (Please take a picture and leave behind).
A set of juggling balls and instructions.
A miniature personal radio.
