Lots of farmland to the West. Let us hope it stays that way for a while. There was more farmland in this area, but that farmland is getting taken over by houses, such as the ones that you see along the road a little ahead and behind you, with still more houses on the way. It is good that a part of Sunderlands farmland has been preserved for no development.
You will be able to pull over safely and find the usual quick cache for a smiley! Did you know that the movie, "The Judge" was filmed in this area? This cache site seems to have a way of making the bees want to live here in the Summer. Winter is no problem.
