Ocean Point Rocks. Look for treasure washed upon the shore as you make your way to the cache!
Ocean Point Rocks is located on some of the most beautiful and classic rugged Maine coastline in the state. Park at N43 48.983 W69 35.698. This is a very short walk but you must decode the clue provided here to find one of the most beautiful and often painted scenes on the coast. Find the year Incorporated on the "Ocean Point Walk" and try the following: Take the last digit and subtract the first digit. Multiply the result by 3. Subtract this from the North coordinate. Take the third digit and subtract the first digit. Multiply the result by 11. Subtract this from your West coordinate. If you didn't like word problems in school you can always just wander about and take in the scenery on your own. This used to be a "real" cache, but the ocean kept stealing it. The real reward is the view, and finding another little known public way along the coast.
