Jessica, in Seattle while guest lecturing at UW, comes across the dead body of Emily Lynn at the bottom of these steps (posted coordinates, nothing else to find here). Emily Lynn, manager of the Parks and Recreation Department, had made many enemies in her career – she was cruel, vindictive and controlling. Most of the department despised her. Inspector Doyle, assigned to the case, begrudgingly gave Jessica a list of the prime suspects after much coaxing.
