I recently permanently archived "Bus Stop 70560" as the cache was no longer at the original position, the cache has suffered structural failure and the original position was the location of a prolific crop of Arum Lilies (weeds). Permanent archiving was appropriate to protect the lilies and allow the cache to be repaired for relocation.
Re-emerge "College Avenue"
The term "College"conjures up the inference of higher education and the associated ability to solve problems which escape lesser mortals.
Such will be the characteristics of solution of this cache.
Puzzles allocating a numerical vaue to a letter of the alphabet are not uncommon, typically A=1 through to Z=26.
