2000 AD is a weekly British science fiction-orientated comic anthology. It serialises stories in each issue (known as "progs") and was first published 1977. It has been in continuous publication since then, with a large number of different logos. It is the last remnant of the weekly adventure comic that was once a staple of mid to late 20th century British childhood.
