#18 here is named after a song by the band Motionless in White.
This cache is in the parking lot of a big shopping outlet. Plenty of places to shop, plenty of lights to see! Though I can't say this outlet is a city in itself, it sure is big enough to be!
Quick park and grab, you'll need a pen (and patience if you're visiting this holiday season!) Room for small tradeables. Parking is abundant.
