Professor Xavier: I have mailed the CO of this cache twice to seek clarification on the stages of this cache, as only 1 physical stage was listed but it was obvious there was more than one.

At no time has the CO replied to my emails, and it's obvious from a recent log that there are still more than 1 physical stages to this cache. I've also been informed of this fact by a recent finder (after it was enabled).

As there has been no response to my queries, the CO hasn't disclosed the correct location of the final cache and I have also been told that the final location of this cache is on property owned by Network Rail (who have refused permission for caches) I have no option but to archive this listing.
