Geocache Description:

Patty Whitehouse Scenic Overview Trail is a fairly new trail located off Glenrose Ave. It has a spectacular view of the old Fore River Shipyard, Mill Cove, BELD headquarters, and the Fore River. Many ships once came through the cove but now only smaller ships come through. I remember the days being a kid seeing the ships through the woods! Most of all the Goliath Crane, a prominent part of the harbor skyline for over thirty years.

The cache is a bison tube hidden about 10 ft from the entrance to the trail. Cache maybe tricky to find if snow has fallen. Should be a fairly easy park and grab. The trail itself is open dawn to dusk but the cache should be accessible at night but not too late. If anyone has any information on this trail, feel free to share it.
