Με το αμάξι σας κατεβαίνοντας από τα χίλια μέτρα υψόμετρο θα έχετε καταπληκτική πανοραμική θέα στον Άγιο Νικόλαο, στον Κόλπο Μιραμπέλλου και σε όλη την παράλια σχεδόν μέχρι την Σητεία.

The street from Kritsa up to the Katharo-Plateau is - with clear skies - a dream of a road, the way up and mainly on return. When your car is rolling down from more than 1000 meters height you will have fantastic views down to Agios Nikolaos, to the Mirabello Bay and further on all the coast line to the little islands close to Sitia.
On your way up you may stop sometimes for enjoying the view, to take one or more pictures and to visit the caches of this series of puzzles concerning Greek-English-German sayings ... ... if you bring the correct solutions with you.

Die Straße von Kritsa hinauf zur Katharo-Ebene ist – bei guter Sicht – eine Traumstraße auf Kreta, auf der Fahrt hinauf und vor allem auf dem Rückweg. Wenn das Auto von über 1000 Meter Höhe hinunterrollt bis nach Agios Nikolaos bieten sich herrliche Blicke weit über die Mirabello-Bucht hinaus fast bis nach Sitia.
