Access to Garrison Hill Park is from Central Avenue just south of the hospital. You may drive to the top. If you wish to hike up the hill (very steep), you can take the road next to the emergency entrance of the hospital. Follow the road to the right and you will soon see the ski slope. Please rehide well and make sure it is covered as it was muggled before. Difficulty lowered to allow non-premium members to find it with the new app

I have taken over responsibility for this cache. It was my first and it is a nice easy cache, right downtown and has great views. It has just about all I like in a cache and I did not want to loose it. Bruce, Sarah and Crystal did a great job placing it but they seem to have disappeared.
