No need to bushwack. Trails get you close. After that you'll need to find a way to get to the top of a rock formation. There are two routes that do not require rock climbing gear. The scrambled hint helps you find the spot I used, but it does not help you find the location of the cache. Some other cache hunters have discovered a different way to get on top of the outcropping. I checked it out and confirmed it. Yes, if you are able to squeeze through a tight spot, it provides another route to the top in addition to the route I suggest.
This cache hunt was originally created for the Wisconsin Geocaching Association Geo-Campout, held May 17-19, 2002.
The hike from the nearest parking spots is about 1.5 to 2 miles each way. You could mountain bike to within .5 miles of the cache. Be sure to pick up a trail map at the park entrance so you can choose one of several possible routes and parking spots. After accomplishing this hike you should also attempt the nearby bonus cache: I Dare You
