I love geocaching puzzles and it upsets me when people say "Oh, I couldn't do a puzzle, I wouldn't know where to start". So this is an easy puzzle to start you off on solving geocaching puzzles. Soon you'll be on the difficulty 5s! 
The cache is not at the coordinates above. That is just somewhere that a lot of music can be heard (maybe not this lot though). Just find the missing number in each title and put them into the coordinates in order to give you the location of the actual cache.
