Welcome to a change of pace. Many of the other puzzles around this one feature easy finds hidden by tougher puzzles. This one will be the other way around. No one should have much trouble getting the coordinates, but finding the cache might be another story. I'm even going to give out parking coordinates, not worrying that they might tip off people doing the puzzle.
This cache should be attainable in most conditions, however a heavy snowfall accumulation could make it temporarily inaccessible. Hey, that's not only a warning, but a great hint as well! And it's all you're getting!
