Geocache Description:

This cache has replaced the ill-fated Battery 248 Micro-Cache, which only lasted one week before going AWOL. Hopefully this cache will be around for a much longer time.

Begin by going to the posted coordinates. There you will find a sign providing a brief history of Battery 248. The sign also has a map of the battery.

The next step requires a flashlight. Proceed to the Plotting Room. There you will have to find the numbers to complete the cache coordinates.

The cache is a half-gallon thermos container and is just a short walk from the starting point.
