Welcome to the "This Day in History" series.
If you're like me, you don't like puzzle caches. I've avoided them for years and now I am finally starting to attempt a few here and there. I've decided to do some simple puzzle caches to encourage other people to give them a try as well as add a little challege to those easy, roadside caches. All of the final locations will be pretty easy to access and are just places I find to place a cache as I am driving around New England.
On this day in 1abc, the Statue of Liberty arrives in New York Harbor
Final location: N 43° 29.455 W 071° 35.(abc-18)
*Note, I was getting a lot of bounce with this one. It is not winter friendly and even with the mild winter we've been having, there was a lot of ice around when I was hiding it. Large enough to hold a few trinkets.
