This is a fairly simple puzzle IF you can find the information you need. There are many ways to hide information like EXIF data, cryptograms , white-on-white, letter substitution, counting words, etc.. One of my favorite ways is in plain sight because no one will notice. In this puzzle you have to find, or interpret something to form a 2-digit number, then use that 2-digit number in the equations to get the real coordinates.
Use the 2-digit number you get (XY) in the following equations.
Fake north +(.003 times XY) equal north final coordinates
Fake west -(.005 times XY) equals west final coordinates
