Off the Meadow - FOHP2-16 Multi-Cache

This 2 Stage Multi-cache, one of the 2016 Friends of Hudson Parks Geocaching Adventure Series, will take you to Darrow Road Park.  It has about 10 acres of meadow and another 53 acres of hidden ponds, dense brush and wood lots.  Parking is provided in the lot on route 91 (Darrow Road). The trails here can be a bit wet much of the time, so wear your hiking boots.  Bug spray is recommended in the summer. No Night Caching!

In the summer of 2020 the Hudson Parks Department, City of Hudson, Hudson Park Board and Friends of Hudson Parks together with the US Fish and Wildlife Service began work to create a Pollinator Meadow here, a three year process. As a result the location and size of the final have been changed (10/31/22).

The listed coordinates are for the first stage of this cache.  Due to continuing work in this park (winter 23/24) the path to the first stage is a bit muddy. There you will find a tag with the last 3 digits of the North and West coordinates. The Final, a micro container, is located just off the meadow area. Please use stealth at the final location.
