This cache, one of the 2016 Friends of Hudson Parks Geocaching Adventure Series, will take you to Wildlife Woods Park. This park is about 2.5 miles outside the city of Hudson and is surrounded by the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The Buckeye Trail also goes through this area. This 58 acre park serves as a game preserve and wildlife area. Please park at the posted parking coordinates. DO NOT PARK ALONG THE ROAD! No Night Caching!
To fully appreciate this park, the recommended route to this cache is to head up the trail on the east end of the parking lot and follow the trail. An alternate shorter route, although not very scenic, is to walk along Boston Mills Road from the parking lot to the NW corner of the park. Use extreme caution though while walking along the side of the road. Be sure to check out the view to the west when at/near the cache site. Cache is a medium sized camoed pill bottle.
