Warning

Please note: To use the services of geocaching.com, you must agree to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

On your way to this cache you'll have a beautiful view on the gorges of the river Jonte. This is not a trail you want to walk when you're scared of heigths.

This cache can be found on map 2640 OT of IGN. I placed this cache on a strawl from Les Bastides to where we hitch-hiked (UTM 31: 524,25*4896,85) to Le Rozier, where we camped. The cache is located at these coördinates: UTM 31: 518342*4893507. There is no real easy way to the cache. The cloasest a ordinary car will bring you is about 2,5 km walking distance. So take your time. See the pictures to get an impression of what to expect once you're there. The cache is of a noting-in-one-out type, which will hopefully reward me with 30 logs. Please coverup the cache carefully, for there are plenty people about to see the views.

The foodpath is officially marked, and rather easy to follow. You'll walk pretty close to an abyss, so mind your steps. You'll will be watched by vultures flying about, hoping you're not paying propper attention to where you're placing your feet

First we took the wrong way - got close, but couldn't reach it: to much of altitude difference. Later on the day we tried upsied, but time was up and night was close.

Thank you, very nice cache.
Unfortunately, my GPS device had bad signal. I tried to use the spoilers (photos). I found the place in the picture but with no cache around .
At last I've got GPS signal and went to the coords and the cache was there. It's deffinitely different place than showed me the spoiler. Strange... But again, thank you very nice place.

Très joli emplacement, le site est magnifique. Trouvé au cours d'une rando partant du rocher de Capluc et passant par le sentier Jacques Brunet.

Merci au cacheur.

We easily found this cache while travelling in France Lozere with the camper. Our nice 'promenade' started in Le Rozier. What a walk, what a views. And we were happy to see some 'vautours'. Thanks.
