This is a small city park at the corner of a busy intersection. Although this is an easy P&G, I recommend stopping to to smell the flowers. Depending on the time, you may need some stealth.
This is a very well maintained neighborhood park. Every season the city replants the annuals, prunes the trees and the nighborhood committee help with the periodic cleanups. The park is named after William Pitt Fessenden, as are the three streets very nearby. This is an often overlooked urban oasis.
